I taught at a private school for 12 years before deciding to stay home and raise our son. I tutored for 6 years before returning to teaching. I taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade last year at Bethel. This year I will be teaching 4th grade. I’m looking forward to another great year at Bethel.
Hi! My name is Bre Bechtel. I am so excited to start this school year with the K-4 class! My husband (Michael) and I have been married for 12 years. We currently reside here in Princeton along with our 3 children (Bryson, Hayden and Amberlynn, 2 pups and 4 bunnies! We are very active members of a church in Evansville called The Assembly EVV and just love to see God work in our lives, family, and community! I have an Early Childhood background and spent many years teaching in preschool/daycare settings, along with helping in our churches kids and youth ministries. But have been so blessed to have the privilege of being a stay at home mom the last 6 years. I can not wait to see what this school year holds; and getting the chance to teach, grow and share God’s love to the children coming through.
Hello, everyone! I am Ashleigh Uppencamp. My husband Ethan and I are high school sweet hearts and have been married for 12 years. We have 7 boys, so life is busy, loud, and adventurous! We attend Bible Baptist Church in Otwell where Ethan and I have taught children in ministry for 5+ years and are involved in various other ministries of the church. The Lord has given me a heart for children and a heart to teach! I homeschooled our children for 7 years to ensure they had a Christian education until we enrolled them at Bethel last fall. The community, love, and support we found at Bethel has been incredible! The love of Christ is so evident in each teacher at our school. I feel so humbled and blessed to be a part of such a wonderful place where I will have the opportunity to teach and invest in children every day. I am looking forward to a great year in 3rd grade!
